Updating an existing Will

In order to add a gift to Demelza Hospice Care for Children to an existing Will, you simply need to complete a form known as a ‘Codicil’ (which is a legal amendment).  Because many solicitors store Wills electronically, they may draw up a new Will but the cost will only be a fraction of the original charge.  Download a Codicil form here
