Should a prize winner be found to be under the age of 16 we will refund their money and withhold the prize.

Members wishing to self-exclude can do so by contacting the lottery office, but will not be able to rejoin the lottery for a period of 6 months from the date of self-exclusion.

The weekly lotto will be 53 guaranteed winners every week of 53 cash prize.

The weekly superdraw has no guaranteed weekly prize money. The prize money offered each week is currently 50% of all paying members’ weekly income in the draw. The remaining 50% of the weekly income goes back to Demelza Hospice Care for Children. If no winner is selected in any week the prize fund will rollover every week up to a maximum of £25,000 when a winner will be guaranteed.

New Lotto members will be sent a unique lottery ticket number, randomly selected by secure computer software. Superdraw numbers can either be selected by the lottery member or randomly selected by secure computer software

All tickets for each draw will be priced at £1.

All lottery entry sales are final and no refunds shall be made at any time.
