Google Chrome:
Google Chrome allows you to block all cookies by accessing the "Customise and control" menu, and clicking "Settings", "Show advanced settings" and "Content settings", and then selecting "Block sites from setting any data" under the "Cookies" heading.
Safari (Mac and IOS):
On a Mac, go to Safari > Settings > Privacy and check the box for Block all cookies. On an iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Safari and toggle on Block All Cookies.
Microsoft Edge:
On desktop, go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Cookies and site permissions, where you can choose to block third-party or all cookies. On mobile, navigate to Settings > Privacy and security, and update cookie preferences under Site permissions.
You can also use an industry opt-out mechanism such as the DAA's opt-out page. But please bear in mind blocking all cookies will have a negative impact upon the usability of our website and you may not be able to use all of the features of the site.

How do I delete stored cookies?
You can delete cookies already stored on your computer.
Internet Explorer:
In Internet Explorer, you’ll need to manually delete cookie files. All the instructions you need can be found here.
Mozilla Firefox:
Mozilla Firefox allows you to delete cookies by clicking "Tools", "Options" and "Privacy", then selecting "Use custom settings for history" from the drop-down menu, clicking "Show Cookies", and then clicking "Remove All Cookies".
Google Chrome:
In Google Chrome, you can delete all cookies by accessing the "Customise and control" menu, and clicking "Settings", "Show advanced settings" and "Clear browsing data", and then selecting "Cookies and other site and plug-in data" before clicking "Clear browsing data".
In Google Chrome on mobile, open the app and tap the three dots in the top-right corner. Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data. Choose a time range, then select “Cookies and site data”. Tap “clear data” to remove cookies from your device.
Safari (Mac and IOS):
To remove cookies in Safari on a Mac, open Safari and click on “Safari” in the top menu bar, then select “Settings” (or “Preferences”). Navigate to the “Privacy” tab and click “Manage Website Data.” A list of websites storing cookies and other data will appear. You can either click “Remove All” to delete everything or select individual sites and click “Remove.” Finish by clicking “Done.”
On an iPhone or iPad, go to the “Settings” app, scroll down and tap “Safari”, then scroll again and tap “Advanced > Website Data”. From there, you can tap “Remove All Website Data” or swipe left on individual entries to delete them one by one.
Microsoft Edge:
Open the browser and click the three dots in the top-right corner to access the menu. From there, select “Settings”, then navigate to “Privacy, search, and services”. Scroll down to the “clear browsing data” section and click “choose what to clear”. Make sure “Cookies and other site data” is selected, choose your preferred time range, and then click “clear now” to delete the cookies.
On mobile devices such as iPhones or Android phones, open the Edge app and tap the three dots at the bottom of the screen to access ‘Settings’. Go to ‘Privacy and security’, then tap ‘Clear browsing data’. Select ‘Cookies and site data’ and tap. Clear to remove them from your device.

Hotjar is a website recording service which may record mouse clicks, mouse movements, page scrolling, and any text keyed into website forms. Data collected is used to improve our website usability. The information is stored and used for aggregated and statistical reporting, and it is not shared with anybody else.
Advertisement
